"North Central Kansas Electric Cooperative, Incorporated," of the
suit. The trial court on motion of the "N.C.K. Electric
Cooperative, Inc.," appearing specially, quashed service of
summons upon it, whereupon the plaintiffs duly perfected an
appeal. The basic question presented is whether the summons as served
was sufficient to acquire jurisdiction over the N.C.K. Electric
Cooperative, Inc. in this action.
